Nave Bank® drives Forward's acquisition of Ticketera, strengthening business growth in Puerto Rico

Nave Bank supported the acquisition of Ticketera by Forward, the business community focused on economic development and the retention of local talent in Puerto Rico, through financing complementary to capital contributions from investors, thus facilitating this strategic acquisition. This capital structure demonstrates how local bank financing and private investment drive the growth of Puerto Rico's business ecosystem.
“At Nave Bank, we believe in supporting Puerto Rican companies at key moments of growth. Our financing in the acquisition of Ticketera reflects that commitment and our mission to help grow and compete in Puerto Rico and other markets,” said Carlos M. García, CEO of Nave Bank.
This transaction is in addition to the $165 million in loans and financing granted by Nave Bank during 2025, aimed at supporting the expansion of local companies in sectors such as technology, entertainment, business services, real estate development and tourism, reaffirming the bank's role as an active financial partner in Puerto Rico's economic growth.
“We are very happy with Nave's support; its speed, flexibility and digital services were key to completing this transaction in an agile and efficient manner with a successful process for everyone involved,” said Tony Navarro, co-founder of Forward and president of Red Ventures Puerto Rico.
Founded in 2016 by Ricardo Aponte, Omar Báez and Manny Morales, Ticketera has transformed the entertainment industry in Puerto Rico through innovative technological solutions for ticketing and digital experiences, demonstrating its operational capacity to handle high-demand events, including the historic Bad Bunny Residence.
Nave Bank reaffirms its commitment to business growth in Puerto Rico.
