We applied for a banking license from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the first in over 20 years in Puerto Rico.
We ended the year with over 600 clients and more than $400 million in assets, achieving 3x growth in clients and 1.7x in deposits.
We received approval to operate Puerto Rico's first digital bank, a member of the Federal Reserve System (FED) and insured by the FDIC. Supervised by the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions of Puerto Rico (OCIF).
We opened our doors to support businesses in Puerto Rico, offering credit and deposit services.
